Confit duck leg

Vacuum-packed confit duck leg, ducks are from North Yorkshire (please note portion is one duck leg). Slow-cooked for 6 hours prior to packaging, only reheating is required to serve. 

We recommend placing in a pan skin side down for a few minutes until crispy, and then turning.
